I purchased a high end pellet stove from them approximately 5 years ago. They now say they can no longer get parts. I got the parts. Then they said if the parts are not made by the manufacturer they cannot help with the repair. Not even help with a phone troubleshoot. The reality is Amanda’s fireplace does not service the equipment they sell and will offer any excuse imaginable to avoid having to.
