I dropped off a purse for consignment and was told I would be contacted with pricing in a few days. I never heard anything so a week later I called to check on the status. I was told that my purse had been sold. The employee told me she was not sure why I wasn't contacted regarding pricing because my paperwork stated that I should be. She was very nice and helpful and said she didn't want me to be unhappy so she would have Amanda call me. Amanda’s Exchange is always my favorite place to shop! It never feels like I’m shopping consignment; always such a clean space with amazing merchandise and the nicest staff! Merchandise changes daily so I love to frequent the shop as much as I can! The new online shopping is a nice feature as well! Fast shipping! Highly recommend Amanda’s!
I purchased a handbag online Saturday and received it in my mailbox today. Loved their online order experience and the rapid turnaround. Most of all the bag is everything and more than I thought it might be. Help out a local business in these trying times. Amanda’s is such a fun place to shop! Due to the times we cannot go to one of my favorite places. But, ingeniously, she has put items online for all of us retail therapy believers to shop from home. She even has demonstrations of many items. We all need to be sure, that when all this subsides, our most favorite shopping haunts will still be there. So, SHOP from home.
These ladies that work in here are AMAZING! The best customer service! They took the clothes I wanted to try on and put them in the dressing room for me. If I had questions where things were they were all knowledgeable and knew the store well!! And when my checkout went sideways due to my gift cards not working right they helped me for an hour to try and get them to go through. Bless all of them for their patience and five star quality customer service!!
Wonderful selection of clothing, designer purses, jewelry, furniture and Home accessories. Every employee is top notch in customer service and they are very talented in their skills of displays. They take pride in their presentations and make you feel so at home. Very inviting shopping experience. Fun to go back multiple times a week even since there are new things arriving everyday from consigners.
