Kai was a gem to work with! I had an amazing experience from the dress selection, cleanliness and atmosphere of the boutique, and everything in between. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while also listening to my ideas and needs for my wedding. I had a wonderful time dress shopping here and hope every bride gets to work with someone like Kai when preparing for their big day!

Had the most incredible experience at Amanda Ritchey Bridal Loft! I saved this shop for last knowing this would be the one where I most likely found my dress. Kai was nothing short of exceptional! She was kind, honest, sweet, knowledgeable, patient, and overall just a joy to work with! We did find my dress, we did all cry, and the entire experience was perfect! I was making a christening gown for my granddaughter's Baptism and after Jo-Ann Fabrics closed (we miss you Jo-Ann Fabrics!) I was stuck searching for fabric for her dress.
