I had no hair complaints whatsoever with any stylist there. The quality of products and services I requested were not disappointing. My disappointment came from Amanda, the owner’s blatant disregard for FBA in this great country where she owns her business. She made a racial biases statement to me one day in her shop about their laziness, their work ethics and that they are a total embarrassment to the American Dream. No doubt, I never went back. I wasn’t going to make a review but seeing that she does this to everyone I feel like it’s needed so you all can spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I booked an appointment online for 8/25 at 10am and the day of my appointment I get there a little before 10am and approached the building where the lights were off and nobody seemed to be inside. Terrible experience. First, I called to make an appointment and at first, the lady said "Okay, can you come at 4:30?" I said, "sure" and drove down there. I spent $3 for parking and when I got there, the lady asked if I could wait until 5. I said okay and went to sit in the waiting area. Then, she asked if I could come back some other time because her next two appointment are going to take a long time!
