I had no hair complaints whatsoever with any stylist there. The quality of products and services I requested were not disappointing. My disappointment came from Amanda, the owner’s blatant disregard for FBA in this great country where she owns her business. She made racial biases statement to me one day in her shop about their laziness, their work ethics and that they are a total embarrassment to the American Dream. No doubt, I never went back. my hair was done well the two times i went, but since then i can't get an appointment cause she never answers the phone despite being "open" everyday. really bad customer service tbh

I wasn’t going to make a review but seeing that she does this to everyone I feel like it’s needed so you all can spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I booked an appointment online for 8/25 at 10am and the day of my appointment I get there a little before 10am and approached the building where the lights were off and nobody seemed to be inside. I then get a call from a number which was the owner and she told me she’d be 10 mins. Well 10 mins turned into an hour so now I’m sitting outside in the blazing heat waiting 😭 11a... read more
