BUYER & SELLER BEWARE They appear to misrepresent clients and teeter on the edge of fraudulent and unscrupulous activity while also purporting to be “the best” agents in Georgia. Kyla Standring personally caused me significant damages by lying to my agent and my self about her client’s decisions, giving the appearance of working in her own favor and abandoning her fiduciary duty to her client first and foremost. They provide excellent service and always answer calls and texts quickly.
Once Amanda gets your signature on their contract you won't see or hear much from her again. Amanda nor did anyone from her office show up to closing. Her staff the majority of the time I had to contact them to ask what was going on as Amanda was not answering my texts. SO a lot of one way communication. I would never use her company again.
