Amanda was very friendly but professional at the same time. She made me comfortable with what was going on and explained everything nicely. She also appeared to be very thorough in her inspection of my skin and asking me if there were any particular spots that I wanted looked at.
Amanda was a pleasant surprise. She felt composed and professional, but really warm and made great eye contact. She seemed patient when I bombarded her with the questions and concerns I had been thinking of for a long time, so I appreciated that it didn't feel like there was any pressure to ignore my worries.
