My husband, who has been a patient of Dr Orrs for over 12 years saw her recently for bronchitis. She gave him several prescriptions and two days later he was in the ER. They admitted him to the hospital with pneumonia and he was kept there for 2 days. I had an appointment with Dr. Zaky on October 3 and I was in excruciating pain. He talk to me and told me he would fit me in for injection in a few weeks and schedule me for the hospital in about six weeks. I have only just gotten my appointment for November 30. I really feel like his office staff has dropped the ball because Dr. Zaky is the most caring doctor there is and has always done exactly what he said he would do, I don’t know what’s changed but I know it’s not him. It Has to be the office staff.
On 9/19, I had a follow-up appt at 1:15, and I arrived at 1:00. Once I was put back into the exam area it seemed I had been forgotten about. At 2:00 I went to the receptionist and said just that. I left the exam room door open so they could see me and be aware of my presence. What terrible pain it has been trying to get an appointment after jumping through many hoops to provide the information they required to make an appointment. How they wasted my orthopedic doctor's office time in sending my medical records to this office several times. Dr. Yonkers is one of the best Doctors I have ever met. She exceeded my expectations in every area. She was a wonderful personality and so detailed. The top rating is 5 but I give her a 10. The world could use more Doctors like her !
I have been a patient of Dr. Neto for many years now. If I call and have an issue, she fits me in right away. I am so thankful to have a provider that cares the way she does, explains diagnoses and issues to me thoroughly, and answers any questions all while making me feel at ease. Office visits are quick and her staff is always very helpful. With lab results and scans, either herself or her nurse follow up within 24 hours to go over results. Thank you for all you do Dr. neto!
