If you want a provider who will listen to you, as well as answer all of your questions, Amanda is that provider. She is extremely knowledgeable and very personable. She helped me get to the root of an issue I’ve been having for many years. I would highly recommend her!!
Amanda knew exactly what she was talking about. She showed genuine concern and answered all of my questions.
Started out the appointment with an audio recording. (I gave consent) After completing my exam, she stated everything was “normal” When I tried to explain more about my symptoms and previous 5+ years dealing with this specific medical issue and explained I have seen other ENT specialists (3). This was my first visit to the St Alphonsus ENT & Balance clinic. Amanda Sweetland PA-C was thorough, caring and respectful in assessing my symptoms. She listened patiently to my concerns plus recent health history and then clearly explained her treatment plan. I highly recommend her and her medical assistant.
