The cystoscopy was done by Dr Kennedy. Probably she did under a minute. It was a bit painful. Maybe, taking a bit more time would have been less painful. She didn't explain after the procedure that I will have urgent, almost uncontrolled, need to urinate for a few days. Two weeks passed, I still have no report to review. I tried to call the office, but it takes forever and no answer.

I tried to make an appointment with the Lansdowne office and the office staff put me in as a totally different first name than my actual legal name not to mention that I am trans and my chosen name is none of the above names that were listed and this is a breach of HIPPA. They attributed it to an office error but that I should now trust my cancer care of my urology with a staff that had made a clerical error and were now astonished that I wanted to cancel my appointment. The Urology group does not accept madecaid. And of course they do not tell you until you have an appoint. I am sure I will receive a bill for the inconvenience..? I would not recommend the urology group to anyone and will inform the doctor that recommended them to to stop recommending them. INOVA just sucks..
