Dr. Shipp is the best doctor I've ever had. She is one of the rare ones that actually listens to you and takes notes. She is kind, and she actually tries to help.
Terrible staff customer service. Tried seeing them for a pediatric emergency for tongue tie revision.They said it would be a month out. They started questioning me if I would be seeing them all the time as a primary. Once I said I live two hours away and would be likely seeing them just for the feeding issues I'm having they put me on hold and said nevermind it will be mid January. WOW! What kind of monsters won't help an infant try to EAT ?!?!
Dr. Shipp took the time to get to know me, and work with me on getting right medicine's. I've been to a lot of doctors and she is my far the most caring and understanding Dr I've ever seen.
