First, the appointment was incorrectly scheduled. I was offer 8:30 and accepted 10:15. I was called to say I had missed the 8:30 appointment. Rescheduling was fine and I came the next day. The person who took my BP was friendly and efficient. The NP was not. The examination was not thorough. My questions weren’t addressed, labs were not explained, and the NP was advising me to no longer get COVID booster shots.
