I trusted my gut and chose Amanda as my realtor after talking to her for 15 minutes at an open house. So glad I did! She is very knowledgeable. She pointed out issues in house tours that I would never have noticed. She would point at things and tell me how much it would cost me to fix, and when. She is not a realtor who just wants to close the deal. She even helped me out with something after I closed!
