I didn't end up getting my dress here but wanted to shout out, Kai, the girl who helped me at my appointment. She was so sweet, professional and very helpful when it came to finding what I wanted. I came in thinking I was an A line girly & she had me try on some other dresses "just because". I ended up leaving, really wanting something form fitting. She was so sweet and I honestly just wanted to come back to buy my dress here because she was so nice & helpful haha. Thank you Kai!
Had an amazing time yesterday for the first time looking at wedding dress! They had so many options for plus size girlies. I found my dream dress and that was all possible with the help of Kai. She really took the time even tho it was a later appointment to make me feel welcome and sure of my choice.
I could not be more thankful for Kai to have helped me the way she did. I was having dress doubts… she confirmed what I already knew and that was simply that I bought the wrong dress from another store. (Thankfully I was able to get a full refund!) again no thanks to her! She helped me find my absolute dream dress. She was so kind with both our appointments and honesty made the process so personable and professional I wouldn’t have it any other way. That girl knows her stuff and she was amazing
Jessica helped me find the dress! She was super caring and gave our group a lot of laughs, and answered all of our questions about the fabric and detailing of each wedding dress. She also is so personable and helpful in finding the ONE. Thank you Amanda's Bridal for making the wedding dress shopping so easy!
Poor customer service and lack of proper communication. Showed up for a 1000 appointment that I made and the door was locked. A female showed up at 1005 stating that they don't open until 11 on Sundays even though it states 10 online. Female verified who I was and stated that she responded to my email days ago but never I answered. I realized this said email went to my JUNK.
