One has to wonder if the five star reviews are real people - I saw Amanda for about a year for HRT. During that time, she would take days or weeks to respond to prescription errors, lab results, and more. Finally, when she left the provider that I was seeing her at, she proceeded to take patient information with her which resulted in unwanted sales calls and letters that were confusing - I have found Amanda Phelps Jones to be untrustworthy and even question her ethics in treating patients.
I’ll admit, I’m shocked that Amanda has garnered over 150 5-star reviews. That has to be very rare for a healthcare provider. My own experience with Amanda hasn't been good. I began seeing her for HRT. She decided my thyroid was more important and focused on that. I've been seeing her regularly for over a year and my hormone levels are still not right. She asked really good questions and addressed all my concerns which is unique in my experience. Based on our discussion she made really good recommendations I wasn’t aware of to improve my overall wellbeing as I enter menopause.
Great visit with Amanda. Very knowledgeable spent a lot of time going over history labs and plan. Would highly recommend
