As a retired Nurse, I am aware of the criteria needed to meet good care standards. Amanda is an exceptional Provider. She navigates smoothly in a difficult arena. Dealing with Women's Health issues. She is smart, compassionate & professional. I am grateful to be one of her patients.
Don’t even want to give 1 star. So incredibly rude. Wanted to get my iud out due to pressure in my head that I had for 3 years. 3 times was I told by different people in the office that the iud could not be causing headaches and they were trying to convince me to keep it in. They were making me feel really bad about my decision. And I put a lot of thought in to this decision, that it could be the iud causing my pain. I was really looking forward to my appointment with Amanda but sadly I never actually made it. I was instructed to park in a specific parking lot and when I called to find out how I get to the actual building, the person who answers the phone was kind at first then said things like, "I do my research before I go places," and suggested I wasn't an adult because I didn't know where I was going.
