I sought her out because she’s supposed to be a menopause specialist. She refused me HRT and offered me over the counter vaginal moisturizing suppositories. Dont waste your time.
I am returning from an appointment quite dismayed with my experience at this practice. I feel there was a lack of communication, organization and common courtesy. I had an appointment set for 11:40 AM. The directions I used were taken directly from the email reminder the practice sent me. They were for 6569 North Charles St. SUITE 304. When I clicked on them it went to Google maps and they brought me to the emergency room entrance at GBMC. I really can't say enough about Amanda. She is the best health care professional I've ever seen. She makes you feel comfortable and really listens. She doesn't make you feel like a number and in this day and age, it's easy to feel that way when it comes to health care. Really appreciate all that she offers!
As a retired Nurse, I am aware of the criteria needed to meet good care standards. Amanda is an exceptional Provider. She navigates smoothly in a difficult arena. Dealing with Women's Health issues. She is smart, compassionate & professional. I am grateful to be one of her patients.
Don’t even want to give 1 star. So incredibly rude. Wanted to get my iud out due to pressure in my head that I had for 3 years. 3 times was I told by different people in the office that the iud could not be causing headaches and they were trying to convince me to keep it in. They were making me feel really bad about my decision. And I put a lot of thought in to this decision, that it could be the iud causing my pain.
