I have been trying to get a appt for a month now and the lady that answers the phone kept telling me Dr Norris would call me back. Well I finally got tired of waiting and the office says they have nothibg that says I have called. Honestly this is very unprofessional and irresponsible. My insurance highly recommended this Dr and now I will be calling my insurance to tell them about my experience.
