The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Pauley was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I was completely comfortable an I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received. She was the best doctor. She is very knowledgeable. She seemed to care about my heath. Explained everything and was so kind. I would definitely recommend this dr.
Getting and keeping an appointment are a nightmare. Mine was canceled multiple times. But once you’re there everything is wonderful.
I am very satisfied with Dr Pauley. She takes time to listen and talk with me. I don’t want to go to anyone else. My issue is with the scheduling dept. I had to reschedule my appt and they ask why I was rescheduling and then rescheduled me 4 months out. I am an established patient and do keep my appts. I felt like from the tone of her voice she just didn’t want to work with me on a closer date. She was short and seemed in a hurry. I felt like I had done something wrong.
It was very informative. Dr Pauley , her nurse and her scribe are very professional and nice and easy to talk to.
Dr. Pauley has a great personality and is easy to talk with. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I feel she went above and beyond my expectations for quality healthcare. The staff was very friendly and professional. There were no problems with scheduling or accepting my insurance.
She is so nice, answers all concerns and doesn't act like she is in a rush. Friendly, I will wait months in advance to be seen by her.
