Amanda is an absolute game changer! I’ve been getting my hair cut by “curly specialists” for almost a decade, and it never seemed to really look the way I thought it could. I am so grateful to have found Amanda and her amazing emphasis on education. She really takes the time to teach you not just how to make your hair look amazing but also why it works! My hair looks like healthy, happy curls now, and I know I’ll keep learning more every time I return.
Amanda McKenzie is amazing! I have fine, curly hair that can be tricky to cut and style, but she gave me a great cut that brought out the best in my curls without making them feel weighed down or uneven. She also took the time to show me a few tips on how to style my hair properly at home — tips that actually work and make a difference. Highly recommend her if you have curly hair or just want someone who really listens and knows what they’re doing!
Amanda is an artist whose medium is hair! She has developed an expertise as a curly hair specialist as she knows it both personally and professionally. She is great at listening and respecting what you would like to do with your hair and the outcomes always surpass my expectations. It is an education every time I go for a haircut/color. She is very patient with my questions and takes her time with each appointment. Amanda is a gifted hairstylist and great person to get to know! Highly recommend!
