Amanda is such a gifted and special woman. I absolutely loved my experience, it was exactly what I needed. I reconnected with myself and met amazing women who are walking a similar path. I felt so at ease and at peace the whole time. Amanda created such a beautiful, safe space for all of us and held us with so much care as we worked through what we needed to release. I’m so grateful for this experience and honestly can’t wait to share space with her again
I attended the Somatic Seasons retreat with Amanda and it was a perfect, beautiful experience. Amanda did a fantastic job of easing the group into the weekend through gentle connection, which built up to emotional conversations and great somatic release. The private chef was fantastic and the floating sound bath was the perfect way to end our experience together.
