My appointment with Dr. Amanda Markum and her technician, Brenda, was wonderful. My dog Bernie has been struggling with a serious eye problem and lymphoma, and Dr. Markum took the time to explain everything clearly and ease my worries. Their kindness and compassion, along with the welcoming office staff, made a stressful situation much easier. I left feeling that Bernie was in the best of hands at Rabun Animal Hospital.
Love the vets and staff. They stay so busy but they still manage to take their time with clients to listen and do thorough reviews. I have a special needs pup and they help work her in everything she has an issue. Kind people with great sense of humor! My cats and pup love their visits.
Dr. Joanne and staff were so caring and nice when I brought in my pet chicken Claire. My dog was bitten by a snake and we are hours away from our old vet (just moved to town). They got us in quickly, did a thorough exam, and gave me the options for treatment. Every person from the one who answered the phone, office manager, tech, and the vet were very professional, kind, and encouraging. Then I was pleasantly surprised at their bill—no gouging an upset pet parent just because it’s an emergency. I have definitely found our new vet!
Amazing, caring staff! Highly recommended!
