Avoid this doctor at all costs, especially if you don't live within walking distance of her office. If you are at all late, even just a few minutes and she has no other patients scheduled, it's her personal policy to refuse to see you. Even if your prescriptions need to be refilled (and she won't refill them unless she sees you). No compassion or empathy to the point that it's disturbing this woman works in the field of pain management.
