As a new patient, this experience was unacceptable. I arrived early for my 2:30 appointment and still waited 40 minutes just to be taken back for X-rays. After that, I was left alone in a closed room for nearly two hours and had to walk out to ask what was going on because I needed to pick up my kids. I came in to correct a very painful issue caused by another dentist. After my visit I made a simple request for a written plan explaining what needed to be done and why (most of my doctors do that without asking). The staff wasted my time via phone for two months pretending they were going to help. They refused to provide me with a written statement. I asked to speak to Dr. Sheehan several times.
