I came in to correct a very painful issue caused by another dentist. After my visit I made a simple request for a written plan explaining what needed to be done and why (most of my doctors do that without asking). The staff wasted my time via phone for two months pretending they were going to help. They refused to provide me with a written statement. I asked to speak to Dr. Sheehan several times.
