If you want to be treated with respect and dignity by the front staff (especially Ashley) don't go to this office, Can't honestly leave a review for Dr. Jude as I never got to see her due to her front staff. They made me lose faith in this office. For that reason alone, I will find a new place to go, along with my family. So I'm leaving this review in hopes of making her aware of the type of people that are representing her. The rude manner in which they handle patients and go as far as to put them on speakerphone and laugh.... read more
I was happy with the thorough exam she gave me for my problem, possible causes and treatment, and how to move forward with further tests.
Not my normal MD but I needed to get in same day and she was the first available. I was finishing a text for work when she came in and sat down and then rudely asked me if she should leave and come back when I was ready...A little taken aback by her brash comment...but I apologized anyway and she disregarded the apology. I will purposefully ask to NOT be seen by her again as she doesn't give off great vibes at alllllll!
Horrible. Doesn’t look at test results clearly enough at all. I realize ppl can make mistakes but these are obvious results and she is a doctor so to speak.
