Not very informative or nice. She refused to do a breast exam because the room was cold and I had my sweatshirt on. Did not tell me what exam they were doing. I received a bill almost 2 months after the exam from a laboratory and she basically called me stupid because I didn't know that a separate company billed for the pap smear.. I didn't even know I got one. She said she'd pay the bill, but I would never be allowed back there. Find someone that cares about you and not the money.
Dr.Lucero is fantastic at getting to the ROOT of your issue without just handing you a Rx. Certainly my doctor of choice, especially for women (though she does see men as well).
I have been with Amanda for quite a few years and I've seen her in different offices.. I love this office. It's very comfortable and yes her receptionist is very kind.. I love her holistic approach and that she cares about her patience. She's down-to-earth and a real person she takes her time with you..
I have seen Amanda for my last two annuals. Her office is clean and cozy! She’s amazing and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. The receptionist was super friendly as well. I love that she has cloth gowns and not those sticky paper ones that most office use.
