I can't say enough great things about Amanda! I have been seeing her for over a year now, and before her I never had a "go-to" person for massage. Her technique is the perfect blend of bodywork and relaxation - I always leave feeling relaxed, but she works out the tense areas like no other! 10/10
After my first session, I was already loving working with Amanda. Her space is lovely, welcoming and serene. The structural integration work is very effective and in Amanda's caring and skillful hands, I am seeing immediate results.
Amanda is wonderful, she listens, understands and educates you on what to focus on for cronic pain relief. This is more than just massage, Myofascial massages, hit the triger points for relief, lasting relief, reducing cronic pain.
