I had a telehealth appt scheduled with her yesterday but there were tech issues with Zoom so she said she'd call me. I never got the call. I was getting other calls yesterday so it was obviously not on my end. Not to mention she was over 30 mins late to our appt. I immediately messaged her on mychart to get rescheduled. Instead of making sure to get me rescheduled right away she basically blew me off and said she had other patients to see. She refused to have her nurse/staff contact me to get in asap. Amanda is amazing! She always listens to what I have to say and trusts in my own health/body intuition. She always leaves me feeling heard and encouraged. So happy to have found her after my primary retired.
