So I had a long stressful moment checking in as my insurance name did not have my hyphenated name on the card. After coming to that location for 40 years to me that was just another barrier block to healthcare, now I’m getting billed for it when I had insurance, then went to do the name change and bureaucracy stepped up again so now I’m waiting to see if I’m Medicaid qualified

I had a telehealth appt scheduled with her yesterday but there were tech issues with Zoom so she said she'd call me. I never got the call. I was getting other calls yesterday so it was obviously not on my end. Not to mention she was over 30 mins late to our appt. I immediately messaged her on mychart to get rescheduled. Instead of making sure to get me rescheduled right away she basically blew me off and said she had other patients to see. She refused to have her nurse/staff contact me to get in asap.
