BSW Hill Country has the best staff ever! From checking in at the Burnet location with Melissa Wall to being called back with Tonya Chaveria (unsure if her last named has changed), FNP Lindo Medical Assistant, she is welcoming, easy to talk with to my visit with Amanda Lindo FNP, Ms. Lindo listened, asked amazing questions, made me feel better to the check out lady, which I already forgot her name but she was awesome!! I've been seeing Dr. Lindo since 2022 for my reproductive health. Now that I've moved to another town, I'd prefer to drive to see her than switch to another provider. She's thorough and addresses each issue you bring up. She offers options to address the issue and presents any potential side effects. She's well informed and she's responsive in the myBSW messaging. Beyond that, she's personable and comfortable to talk to, like she makes it easy to talk about hard or weird things.
