I had a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress and veil at Amanda Lina’s. Their Customer Service was amazing. Kim my consultant was absolutely amazing! I had a truly wonderful experience at Amanda-Lina’s! The boutique is beautiful and has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was lucky to work with Kim during my appointment, and I can't say enough great things about her! She was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for and made me feel so comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend Amanda-Lina’s to any bride-to-be!
My first time coming into the store yesterday looking for a dress for my daughter's semi-formal. I was given the impression that the front desk personnel did not want to be there. My questions were answered very vaguely and I felt like I was prying answering out of her. Not a very good first impression. Amanda-lina definitely lost a customer that certainly would have been coming back for future events.
