There is a three day waiting period to speak to a nurse. They will not file paperwork to insurance companies in order for you to get prescriptions filled. They are understaffed and underqualified. Patient care is not a priority. I am still waiting after three months for approval for CGM equipment and infusion sets to operate my insulin pump.
