Excellent Rolfing session!
I have cervical spine pain and had been told that the next step would be surgery, cervical fusion, C2-C6. I was told to try everything prior to that. Someone suggested Yoga but they told me they could only help me manage the pain, not reduce it. They suggested Amanda Leah Miller as they were going to her for the same problem.
