Amanda generally seems caring, but she really dropped the ball on a referral I needed to advance a shoulder injury I sustained while trying to roller skate,. I would be hesitant to recommend her as I'm sure other form filers would have likely done a better job requesting an MRI for my shoulder. It's now been 4 weeks since the request for a referral was made and my insurance company tells me that it was denied. So far I've heard nothing from Ms. Amanda? No call that is was denied.
