Difficult to get hold of for insurance issues with my sons scripts- multiple messages are not returned & round in circles on hold with staff who transfer me to the “next person responsible for that issue” cannot get a straight answer on how to enroll in the MyChart app- just difficult- hope the Dr sees this** update still no response to calls/messages left- what is the problem with this office?
