*************Warning*********** If there was an option for a zero rating for Attorney James’ work, I would rate it as such. I hired Attorney James to represent me regarding a residential construction defect claim which included elements of both RCLA and DTPA. My biggest ire with Attorney James was the fact that she was intimidated by opposing counsel, relied on his direction, and more importantly colluded with him when he specifically asked her to non-suit the case.
