A complete disaster. I was charged $67.20 to repair my watch. When I got home one of the hands had fallen off. The watch was not working either. I returned to the store for a full refund and was informed that all they could do was fix the watch hand. The owner was evasive and did not apologize or want to take responsibility for the inconvenience or admitting fault. DO NOT REPAIR YOUR WATCH HERE!!!
I needed my watch bracelet resized and they told me I needed to file down a link in order to make it work. They said it would be 50 bucks and I tried to walk away as it seemed to be too much hassle, then they reduced it down to 30 so I decided to go with it. in the end, I am really unhappy with the result.
