Treated like family starting at the front desk all the way through to Dr Novack. Thorough, nonjudgmental, knowledgeable, short waiting time...phenomenal first visit! I would grade this whole practice a full 100% and I don't grade on the curve. Although they’ve only been open 7 months, they think outside the box and their model should be used as a template for other practices wanting to increase their customer satisfaction scores.
