Dr. Haneline is a wonderful obgyn. Her bedside manner is far better than any doctor I have ever come in contact with. She is a baby doctor who clearly delivers babies. Yes, she may be late to an appointment because she is delivering a baby! However, when she makes it back to appointments, she takes the time and I mean thorough time, to discuss any issues you may have and just treat you like a person, not a number. She is very empathetic, caring and just the best!!!
I scheduled my annual preventative exam with Dr. Haneline and was asked by the nurse and her if I had any concerns. I mentioned an issue I was having with my cycle and after a conversation we decided I would come back for a follow up appointment a few months later. I received my explanation of benefits from my insurance and was surprised to find that I was charged for my preventative exam and separate office visit. I saw her in the ER at Centennial. She was very dismissive and ignorant. She would not listen to any of my concerns, she even tried not running tests because she was so confident nothing was wrong. I insisted on doing further testing and she ended up finding that I did indeed have something wrong. She did not apologize or take ownership of her behavior and started treated me with some respect towards the end. It’s doctors like this that get patients killed by overlooking them. Absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Amanda Haneline and her staff. I was suffering from extreme periods and I was able to get a bisalp and a uterine ablation with endometriosis removal from her despite being young (21) and with no kids. Her and her staff were amazing and treated me with respect and kindness during the whole process and surgery. Many of my family members also have her as a doctor and recommend her as well. I’m waiting in your office it’s 2:42pm on a Wednesday, my appointment was at 2. Still waiting - you have 4 patients ahead of me. Really? Also had no idea this was also a pediatricians office. Children everywhere! I’m about to leave even though your front desk asked me to stay; another doc has availability. That was at 2:40pm. Still waiting. Never again. 2pm appointment turned into 1hr and a half. I’m only 8 mins away from home.Never coming back and you were highly recommended.
