Amanda is an excellent provider; knowledgeable, sharp and competent. I’d highly recommend. What I wouldn’t recommend is using the Baylor S&W patient portal, that is pushed! It has been a challenge to get through to my provider to find out why my blood work is abnormal. And I’m still waiting to hear back. I’ve sent 3 messages, called 3 times, and yet I still haven’t been able to reach my provider. It’s quite distressing.
