They were unprofessional at all . Let me Be specific on what happened , Late zoom meeting and sent out meeting invite 7 minutes before meeting when they had all the time to do so and try to rob us by saying no show. When I arrived to the office , no front desk , only her i guess , barely working on my son to evaluate but gave me a tons of questionnaires to answer and i think she need better staffs since they were unprofessional at all and rude .

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Amanda Glover at Monterey Psychological Services in Allen, Texas. I saw Dr Glover for a psychological assessment and the whole process was great. She took one-on-one time with me to explain the forms and she performed all of the testing herself. She provided me with a thorough report and a consultation to review the results. The office was clean and nice, and she was very friendly and compassionate.

I never got to schedule an appointment with Dr. Glover's office. The process of making an appointment to be seen itself was negative. She has an office assistant that was very unprofessional. Gave me excuses for 2 weeks and finally said, Dr. Glover is not accepting new clients, and other excuses. This office culture itself gave me a negative impression. It seems that they need to employ better staffing.
