Wow. Seeing these reviews, I know I wasn't crazy when I had my visit with her. She is condescending and dismissive--doesn't make you feel comfortable at all. I couldn't wait for the appointment to be over and I never went back.
This excuse for a doctor really disappointed me. I told this doctor about my sexual trauma in my past and how I did not want any male doctors doing anything to me. Instead of understanding, she makes an appointment for me to have a male doctor give me a transvaginal ultrasound which was so painful and traumatic. I will never use her as a obgyn ever again and have told others to steer clear.
I'm a doula and an RN specializing in Maternal Child Health for over 28 years. I have to say, Dr. Francis is awesome. I would without a doubt recommend her.
I’ve had Dr. Francis for two deliveries. Dr. Francis did an amazing job. I would not ever switch OB/GYN’s. She is compassionate, professional, genuine, and brilliant. If you’re looking for a doctor that cares about you as a whole person, she is it.
After 7 months postpartum i still think of how amazing Dr Amanda was to me. She’s patient, pays attention and ask questions. Even if she has lot of patients Dr Amanda took her time with me.
