Wow i have read all the comments and must say i was lucky as i had a good experience with them.. Yes true i had some issues with my rental property as it sat vacant for awhile before i rented it. However they answered and or returned all my calls and addressed all the issues immediately.. Unfortunately i ended up having to break the lease due to income issues and they didn't even put it on my credit...
