I was a patient of Dr Foose several yrs ago but didn't stay with her when she relocated a few miles further from me. Since covid started Docs have tried to doctor from the phone. I know Dr Foosee to not just consider a few symptoms, but to also know her patient. I've moved from CA some years ago and experienced numerous hassles keeping long term presriptions filled. I had previously had my FML filled out at the Northeast Alabama Health Services, never had a problem with any other Physician who had ever filled my FMLA before. Last month Dr. Foshee filled it out incorrectly. Even after I took it a second time, so it could be corrected by her, because the first time she filled it out she said I had to wait 3 days, so she could fill it out because "it was too much paper work".
