Dr Reeves is very knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. The majority of the time she runs pretty much on schedule as well, usually called back within 5-10 mins of appointment time and no more than 10-15 minutes after you enter the room. I have seen her for several years and can truthfully say there has only been a couple of times that I waited, in the exam room more than 20 minutes, and that was due to unforeseen patient illness/problem. We just moved to the Rome area, Dr Reeves was recommended to us by my last family doctor. There was a four month waiting list for an appointment but an opening came up earlier that they worked me in and the same thing happened with my wife. Dr Reeves was very pleasante and understanding . She was very helpful in getting me set up with prescriptions and future appointments.
