Ms. Endsley may actually be a great practitioner; however, it’s hard to know that when the office staff isn’t concerned with scheduling or keeping appointments. My husband called numerous times to try to confirm his appointment day and time in the two weeks leading up to his appointment. The office staff called him the day after his appointment and let him know that he couldn’t be seen by the provider because he missed his appointment.
