She is the best! Very patient, very understanding, very professional yet friendly. Her diagnosis are always on the spot and her prognosis is also just as great. My whole family feels blessed to have her on our side.

Dr Downs is a wonderful no nonsense MD who cares about her patient. She gives a thorough exam and listens. Good diagnostition. Staff are all extremely nice.
She has been my parents doctor for probably 30 years,now recently been mine for 7 to 10 years. She's absolutely phenomenal! She listens,she takes notes and pays attention to you. We always love Nancy the nurse and now Cindy as well! Definitely feel comfortable with her and trust her and knowing what's best for us. Ladies up front have always been pleasant and kind. Lab work lady is precious and gentle.
