I wanted a referral for a mental health issue and although she is polite, she referred me to BetterHelp.com, written down on a strip of paper and given to me. When I got home I learned that just 1/8 of a mile away from her office, at the Hospital, is a mental health group consisting of licensed social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists, all of whom take my insurance, were accepting new patients and some even host video visits. I know I drive Amanda with all the questions I have all the time. This is the first time in many years that I have had a primary care provider. She has went about and beyond to help me as a patient. She includes me in all the decisions in my health care. I sure hope she continues to serve the people oh Hocking County for many years to come.
