My actual appointment with Dr. Daniel was great as it always is. Ederlita is a joy to see when I get my blood drawn. I am terrified of needles and it never hurts. There is a guy at the front desk that is always exasperated and quite rude when I go to check out and schedule my next appointment. Everyone else upfront is very nice and helpful
Dr. Daniel takes time to discuss how you are doing and suggests things to do to improve your health.
Refused the referral from my PCP. I needed someone to address my TPO level which is 127. Why on earth would she not address the thyroid levels being sky high.? Her excuse was I need to see an OB/GYN. Like who goes to a specialist that doesn’t have other health issues as well in other departments ? How about she just fixes my thyroid levels .Very poor customer service as far as the receptionist as well.
