I’ve waited 7 years to make this review and I hope by doing so it was protect you from experiencing the same that I did. I was prescribed Cipro for an infection and experienced life threatening and very serious side effects. Knowing what I do now, I can not fathom why any medical professional would prescribe this medication with the level of injury it has caused in many patients throughout the years. I truly adored Dr Maynard. I thought she was patient kind and very active in my care plan for a few years now. However in June of 2022 I found myself in the ER and needed to have a follow up visit with DR Maynard for the health issue I was dealing with. It was then I found out that she had left that particular practice in May of 2022 so I was left with no physician and found myself having to go to a walk in clinic for my follow up.
