Amanda saved the day. We tried to secure a mortgage with our bank without success. Couldn't understand why since we've been good, consistent customers for over 20 years and have an excellent credit rating. However, without Amanda guiding us through the process, I don't think we would have secured the mortgage with a favourable rate.
