We had a 20 year life insurance policy through Phoenix Life which was managed by State Farm. When our initial SF agent retired, our policy was transferred to Amanda Chase SF agency to manage. We have moved several times and asked our life insurance policy to be transferred to our current SF agents. Multiple requests were submitted to Amanda Chase SF agency to transfer the life insurance policy to our current SF agent. The policy was never transferred for one reason or another. After having a rocky start when moving to Florida… We transferred to state farm Amanda Chase and that was a year and a half ago and I cannot see us ever being with a different agency. The friendliness and level of professionalism in the entire staff just blows me away… Everything we need is done promptly accurately and sometimes they just talk us into further savings that we didn’t even know existed. 100% recommend
