They call 25 minutes before an appointment to tell you what the requirements to be seen, as a new patient even though I had an appointment for over a month. And then they hang up on you, when you have questions! Do not recommend, terrible service, terrible practice.
This lady is the most heartless docter ever. I’m currently going through Perry menopause and I called her to get a prescription and she refuse to give it to me. Her next appointment is in September and I explained to her I’m in discomfort and she can care less it’s about Money. She said for me to book an appointment and go on the waiting list. Waited 2 months for appointment and they call me around 5pm the night before to tell me they rescheduled as a virtual one. I couldnt call back or answer because i was still at work. I called in the morning they said the next appointment available is in may. 4 months away. Dont bother booking because they dont care about your time.
